The program was developed in the framework of the international project "OIPEC - Open Innovation platform for cooperation of universities and enterprises: new product, business and human capital development" (grant agreement - 2015 - 3083 / 001 – 001 registration number of the project 561869-EPP-I-2015-1-IT EPPKA2-CBHE-JP). Program participants there were managers and specialists of small innovative enterprises of Vladimir and Vladimir region, as well as graduate students of the Vladimir state University. The program includes three modules and will run until the end of November. Upon completion of the program students will receive certificates. The total program is 72 hours, part of the classes are held in an interactive form. Part of the training is conducted via distance learning technologies.
