In September 23,2017, 6 professors from the HEBUT National Center went to Chengde to Give technical advice to Chengde Suken Yinhe Connecting Rod CO.LTD,Chengde,the innovation engineer training class was progressing smoothly and fruitfully. The technological forecasting theory of OIPEC was used in that training.

In September 16, 2017, Professor Jianguang Sun (HEBUT) trained innovation engineers of Tianjin Ansett public facilities services limited, the training included the introduction of technological forecasting.

In September 26, 2017, In a graduate course named "technical innovation method and application",technological forecasting and TRIZ methods were introduced by Professor Jianguang Sun in the College of Mechanical Engineering of Hebei University of Technology.
